Gold Epicure is a catering company located in Central Texas. Specializing in open-fire gourmet farm-to-table foods, the company provides outdoor and open-flame cooking for weddings and other special events. Mike Torres is the company's executive chef. A grill master and Texas native, Mike grew up around his parent's restaurants and bakeries which developed his love for fine foods and cooking. After hosting several successful pop-ups and working as a farm-to-table program teacher for Escoffier Culinary Institute, Mike decided to establish his own company.
