We specialize in outdoor, open-fire cooking, and we really specialize in meats. With venue permission, we travel to every event with our custom grills that are an experience all their own.

All of our menus are custom designed for you and for the season. As much as possible we love to cook with ingredients that are locally sourced. All of our meats come from Texas and are selected in collaboration with our butcher.

Our outdoor, open fire cooking is an inviting and approachable experience for you and your guests. Our goal is to make delicious comfort food that is clean, responsibly sourced, and presented in a beautiful way. We love to serve dinner family-style because it complements the experience we create in making the food. That said, we’re also happy to serve dinner buffet-style as well, either traditionally or directly from the grill.
